Molly - Sound Bath
25th January | 11.30am - 1:00pm
£30
Restorative yoga is a gentle, meditative form of yoga that focuses on relaxation and stress relief. It involves holding poses for extended periods, often with the support of props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, to allow the body to fully relax. This practice helps to calm the nervous system, reduce tension, and promote overall well-being.
Sound healing has been around for thousands of years, with roots in many ancient cultures. A sound bath is a meditative experience where you will be "bathed" in sound waves produced by various instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant frequencies. The vibrations and frequencies are designed to bring about a state of deep relaxation, stress reduction, and overall health and vitality.
Molly will be combining a 45 minute restorative yoga session with a 45 minute sound bath which will leave you feeling uplifted, focused and deeply connected to oneself. No prior experience is needed and everyone is welcome, from elite athletes to complete novices. All you need to bring is yourself, a yoga mat, some water, a cushion or pillow and a blanket. All props such as bolsters, blocks and straps are provided. You may wish to bring an eye mask or eye pillow to deepen the immersive experience but this is not essential and completely optional.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to send an email to hello@molly-eliza.co.uk or send a DM via instagram @iammollyeliza.
